Company SecretaryAs far as the future is concerned, it is damn important to mention that CS is having a very wide & bright future. There is no profession where u cannot rule your future. & As far as CS is concerned, it is the most coveted profession available today. No doubt, other degrees with CS such as LLB, MBA (FINANCE), CA will b an added advantage, but alone CS too is like a heavy weight champion in the corporate world, provided u widen ur knowledge regularly with latest issues. So dont get tensed or depressed in all these matters, rather spend this time in widening your knowledge for your high scale future. After 4-5 years of JOB/PRACTICE in CS Profession, u'l ve no way left to look behind in your life & dats da surety. Dont leave a single attempt of increasing your knowledge in respect to CS field & ur a sure shot ruler.

It is all upon a individual's capability of grabbin the job by showin his skills when in actual its required to present. If u click on this problem that CS is not gettin a job than u must take into consideration that der r cases where u cannot get the job even if ur qualified as other professionals. & on the contrary, der r professionals who bag their job very much before completing their finals. Preetpal BediCompany Secretary is a respectful profession and I am loving it. It is a profession which actually gives you the power to enter into Board room straight away. Most of us start comparing the salary which is actually not a perfect comparison. Only 20% CAs get awesome package in the start. So does CSs as well. I have seen many CAs who are getting 20 - 25K in starting. So, it is not the salary which matters. What matters is the skills you have and what you can actually do for your company/ clients. U too can do LLB wid CS which will actually meet ur demand. Most of the companies are preferring CS + LAW more coz of core law topics included in both. But dont forget that CS alone too is capable of taking his/her professional life very high. I already mentioned earlier that LLB, MBA in FINANCE, CA etc will obviously help u in making your professional profile more worthy. But the utmost imp thing is to widen ur knowledge & power of interpreting the laws accordingly. As far as standards of CS are concerned, the % results to be declared wholly depends on the Institute & if u taking practical standards into consideration than i wud like to say that Company Secretary is the only professional who has the power to enter into Board room directly, which other professionals doesnt have. Also, now a days, Company Secretary is a professional who is appointed as a Director in many of the companies. Isnt' it worthy enuf to make ur self-respect at your peak ? In other words, literally i wud say, apan agar chahe to puri company ko hila sakte he, (in all the terms), juz v shd b aware of all the recent happenings & knowledge of our field. So chill & instead, spend this time in increasing your knowledge of our field.
