Sec. 2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires

Sec. 2 (23) Defn. - Limited Co. and 
Sec. 2 (23A) -Defn. Listed Public companies

(23) "limited company" means a company limited by shares or by guarantee; 

¹³[(23A) "listed public companies" means a public company which has any of its securities listed in any recognized stock exchange;]
