Sec. 2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires

Section 2 (16) - Defn. of the term Existing Company 

(16) "existing company" means an existing company as defined in section 3; 

Section 3 defines the term existing company - it is not defined under Sec. 2 (16)
